About Me
Nick Dakoulas is a versatile filmmaker with experience in cinematography, editing, directing, color grading, audio, and motion graphics. I am based in Boston, MA.
After earning my M.F.A. in Film Production, I spent 8 years working as a Senior Video Producer at America’s Test Kitchen where I produced, filmed, and edited a wide variety of video content aimed at helping people to become better, more confident cooks.
I’ve always been fascinated with visual storytelling and learning how things work. When I’m not tweaking my living room’s TV setup, you’ll find me seeking out new food experiences or exploring nature, trying to identify native plants and bird calls.
